Robots Ideal State

We keep a backup copies of every audio file and action script used in microservices in the lab’s NAS. The lists of all audio files and script files that should be present for each robot are kept in a Google Drive spreadsheet. These lists are also copied as CSV to the Online backend and used during the synchronization. It is crucial to keep the CSV files updated to ensure that robots have all assets needed to run latest action scripts.

In addition, the lists of all categories, actions (with action script file names), skills (3 levels), etc. are saved in the Google Drive spreadsheets. However, these spreadsheets are not kept up to date, and relevant data can be found in the production database backups.
